What to Bring

It is my opinion that over preparing is always better though, you can expect rapid weather change and drops in temperatures/spikes. The ocean can be windy and wet. Canada is above the 49th parallel making it a harsh environment.

All safety equipment is provided, some like their own life jacket, welcome to bring one or whatever else you see fit.

Food preparation equipment include propane stove & oven, barbecue and my favourite beach fires.
